Previous relationship with Mizuki Watanabe who is currently residing in Downzone. Relationship believed to be over as a result of Chang family influence.

Gary Chang (codenamed Kali) is a character in Syndicate. He is Aspari's top scientist and works at their West Meld subsidiary.
When EuroCorp discovered that Aspari had stolen their chip technology and put it into Chang's chip, agents Kilo and Merit were sent to retrieve the chip and eliminate Chang.
