• The Syndicate co-operative demo is now available for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 [2]. It contains one playable map, Western Europe, and several possible loadouts and breaching applications are available to use.

• The original Syndicate has been released at Good Old Games [3]. It is one of the true classics of PC gaming, and well worth a look to get you in the mood for the upcoming reboot.

• A second gameplay video for Syndicate is now out [4]. Like the last trailer, it shows off more of the game's co-operative mode.

• A second trailer for Syndicate has been made public [5]. It focuses on the game's co-operative mode and features music by electro duo Digitalism.

• Syndicate Wiki has reached 50 articles!
• EA has hinted that a remake (as opposed to a reboot) of the classic Syndicate game may be released in the future [6]. Whether this will be port of the original to mobile devices or an HD update for home systems is not known at this time.

• Two new videos have been released for Syndicate. The first is a gameplay recording that shows over ten minutes of the first mission [7]. The second is a promo linking the new game to the original Syndicate [8].

• An announcement trailer for the new Syndicate game has been revealed [9]. It shows in-game footage for the first time and features music by dubstep producer Skrillex.

• The Syndicate reboot now has a release date. At a press conference in Las Vegas, Starbreeze Studios announced it is scheduled to be released on 21 February 2012 in North America and 24 February 2012 in Europe.

• After a decade and a half of waiting, a new Syndicate game is finally announced [10]. Little is known about the game so far, but it has been confirmed that it will be a reboot of the series, instead of a sequel to 1996's Syndicate Wars.
